After years of problems with my knees, including surgery on one and
appointments with an arthiritis specialist who wanted me to remain on a
prescription medication forever, I decided to try massage therapy.
After my first session with Shawnie, who used a muscle release
technique, I felt better than I had in 6 years. As a relatively
young man (35 years old), I'm now able to enjoy an active lifestyle
